“I absolutely loved Alessia's training on the Performance Generation Model! This training is truly transformative and innovative, offering a profound exploration of how performance is influenced by transgenerational legacies, ancestral patterns, attachment styles, inner child wounds, parenting dynamics and epigenetics.

What made this experience really special was Alessia herself—a beautiful soul whose effervescent, vivacious energy brought the teaching to life. She has an incredible gift for creating a safe, supportive space where everyone feels seen and valued. Her attunement to the group was incredible, and it made the whole experience feel both powerful and deeply personal.  The interactive elements and experiential exercises were deeply moving, allowing for impactful reflections and a real sense of interconnectedness.

I left the training feeling inspired, moved, and enriched. It's an experience that will stay with me, and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking to understand performance from a holistic and heart-centered perspective. This was a beautiful group and I want to thank both Alessia and everyone else involved for being so wonderful”. (Dr Vikki Kelly, Clinical Psychologist, UK)

“This is an amazing training. I have loved it!! Alessia's training has been one of the richest and most liberating and creative trainings I have taken. She has a huge passion for sharing and the freedom and depth of how she works is truly infectious." (Paul Kholsa, Psychotherapist, UK)

I would recommend Alessia's training without any hesitation. I have loved it and am very sad it has ended. Her energy, positivity and kind enthusiasm throughout the course has been wonderful. Her solid knowledge base and real life examples has given the training a brilliant depth. There was a real safety created in the group too, which encouraged interaction and learning in so many ways. Combining all of the above has made it something very special to experience. As well as learning from the course, I have been able to grow and develop in ways which were unexpected, and it is difficult to describe. 'Life changing' is the closest!
I will be forever grateful to have crossed paths with Alessia, to have had the opportunity to be part of the course and to have grown with such a fantastic group of colleagues. Thank you Alessia... (and please can I do it again!)”.
(Sophy Winfield, Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor, UK)

“I have really enjoyed training with Alessia on her Performance Generation Model. She brings a wealth of experience, skill and knowledge to the training in a very accessible way through a Brainspotting lense. The environment Alessia creates feels a very safe one to learn, expand and develop in the area of performance. The learning moved through ancestral work, developmental influences, surrounding support and inner child play and wisdom all with an emphasis on the liberation model of Brainspotting. I can say that I have enjoyed the Performance Generation Model specialty workshop perhaps more than any other training I have taken and would definately recommend it to anyone interested in expanding their Brainspotting work towards the area of Performance”. (Gary Arbuthnot, Runner, Therapeutic Counsellor, Ireland)

“I thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend Alessia’s course. It was a truly immersive experience though which we have learned to use very creative ways to work with adults and children to help them with their performance issues as well as their past traumas which inevitably leading to these issues. Alessia demonstrated Brainspotting methods in a highly imaginative and, when appropriate, very playful way. The course had the right combination of meditations, teachings, group discussions demos and practicums. Alessia is highly skilled and wise whilst at the same time very warm and compassionate, I’d say the ideal teacher for what she calls the ‘liberation model’”. (Debora Ellenor, drummer, Supervisor and Psychotherapist, UK)

“I have worked with stage performers and athletes for quite a few years now... I have completed the first edition of the Performance Generation Model Specialty Workshop and I just want to share the enormous inspiration it has meant to learn from Alessia Bruno and her Performance Generation Model. I have acquired a deeper clinical and experiential insight in how developmental trauma is stored through generations and how it is inherited both genetically and relationally. I have learnt a very integrative framework on how to help our clients reprocess their professional and personal performance issues. The Performance Generation Model explores ancestral patterns that we still carry in the present and unleash experiences of liberation and flow.  In addition, Dr. Bruno makes the journey gentle, fun, open, collaborative, inviting to curiosity. She is deeply attuned to the natural process of the participants as well as our clients. I can only say beautiful and positive things about this workshop. Thanks Alessia, for your human quality and inspiration”. (Carles Vila, Film Director, Psychotherapist, Spain)

"I thoroughly enjoyed Alessia's training - her beautiful energy and creativity always left me feeling reconnected, inspired, and confident. I LOVE how Alessia "walk the talk" of Brainspotting - I felt Alessia's deep attunement to the group and to me. I also really appreciated the format of the training, which gave us time and space to develop a deep sense of group safety and cohesion as well as time to absorb and practice the material. Thank you! And it is all true, from the heart ♥️🙏 ( Dr Jennifer Hopton, Clinical Psychologist, Canada)
